LIFE AT 50

Watch FIVE FOR FIGHTER - 100 years

"It is possible that we will start really, really to live life at 50."
It has taken me almost 40 some years to figure out the above statement can be true.
When you are young, you waste a lot of years away because it seems that you still have much to lose. When you have nothing to lose, you start to truly live.

When you have things to lose, you are simply trying to control or hold onto whatever you have in afraid of losing it(them). You become bondage to your "things".

Shred some of your belongings and start living!
A sage by the name of Jesus once said, "If you gain the whole world but lose your soul through the process, what is that to you?"

As I grow older, this saying starts to make much sense. Growing old does not have to be depressing but it can be full of joy and peace.

Hi, it good to hear from you. Your blog is interesting. However, my Chinese is so limited since I spent most of my life in North America and have not been back to Hong Kong since 1985.

Anyway, I have your blog linkage on the side bar.
